Return and refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with original packaging intact.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Soulillypvt.td@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted:

• We will send you a return shipping label along with complete instructions on how and where to send the package.
• Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

For any return-related queries, feel free to reach out at Soulillypvt.td@gmail.com.

🚚 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is damaged
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

1. Return the product you have.
2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, please contact us at Soulillypvt.td@gmail.com.
