Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at SouLilly! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted wooden toys with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle orders, deliveries, and shipping-related concerns.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Domestic Shipping (India Only)
We currently ship all over India via trusted delivery partners (like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.).
- Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges:
- Orders above ₹1999: Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹1999: Flat shipping fee of ₹60
Note: Remote or rural locations may take a bit longer than average.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website in real-time.
4. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or transport disruptions
- COVID-related restrictions
- High volume during festive seasons
In such cases, we will keep you informed via your registered contact details.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
- If your parcel appears lost or has not moved for 7+ days, please contact us so we can coordinate with the courier for resolution.
6. Change of Delivery Address
- Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After the order is processed, changes in address may not be possible.
7. Pincode Serviceability
- Please check if your pincode is serviceable during checkout.
- In case your location is not deliverable, we will inform you and refund the order in full.
8. International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally. However, we’re working to launch global shipping soon. Stay connected!
